I've been going here for a few years now for a hair cut and a facial. The women in this salon are very talented along with very polite and friendly. The are open pretty late most nights also, which is a bonus if you have to work late but still want to pamper yourself. The prices are reasonable, especially for the high quality of service you recieve.

I was lucky enough to be there when the Fire Inspector came for an inspection. The owner admitted that the paperwork was not in order, the manager (owner?) was EXTREMELY rude to the inspector. She continued to yell and talk over her until she left the building in a tantrum, leaving the inspector speechless (but she looked ready to hand out some fines)!

I love getting massages. After the first time I tried it with my mom, It's become a frequent guilty pleasure ever after. I used to end up spending a lot of money for my massages until I first came across this place. Stopping by to check out their inside and their price list, I noticed it was both very beautiful and roomy at the same time. The secretary at the front desk handed me a price list but explained to me about their various coupon deals going on all the time and discounts they have available. It sounded like a great deal and I gave it a shot. Lucky for me, the massage was great! I got to enjoy myself in one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. It's hard to believe I found such a jewel. I know I've found my favorite spa to go to from now on.

The vehicle was advertised on AutoTrader.com and I called Evergreen Kia (seller) in Chicago on 1/9/10 and asked if it was still available for sale. Danny, the salesman, said it was. I asked about the condition of the vehicle and Danny said the service department ran a scan on the vehicle and everything was in good condition except one catalytic converter needed replacement. He told me the vehicle ran but over 35 mph it ran rough. He reassured me the repair would cost somewhere between $300-$400 to replace the converter and I would have a great running vehicle for the price. He added that the only reason the dealership didn't replace the converter was because they wanted to move the van quickly off their lot, so they dropped the selling price. We trusted what we were told and banking on this being a KIA dealership and them telling us they checked it out, purchased the vehicle with the thought that we could buy it for $2495 and do the repair of $300-$400 and come out with a nice van for our growing family. We paid a shipping company $350 to bring it from the dealership to a location near our home. When it was delivered, we tried to drive it but it ran about 100 feet and died. We had to have it towed to a repair shop we frequently deal with. After a thorough check, the vehicle was reported to have two bad catalytic converters, a bad tie-rod, a bad wheel bearing, a broken engine mount, and antifreeze mixed in with the oil which means it also had a damaged head gasket. The total cost to repair was said to be more than the purchase price and far exceeded its resale value. In our mechanic's own words, "It's not worth repairing." We have asked the dealership to resend the contract, return our money and we'll return their vehicle. So far, they have just given us the run-around and delays. We must have contacted them at least 20 times so far with no results. We feel we were lied to and were told by Evergreen KIA that because we live in Michigan, there is nothing more they can do.

I would recommend Ashland Plumbing&Heating. I learned that the company has over 100 years of combined experience among their employees and they stand behind all of the work that they do. How often do you find that nowadays? I also learned that in addition to service work that they also do large scale projects as well. Since they have been in business for over 40 years, you can be assured that they will be there when you need them. In addition, they are a licensed, union shop, so you can be assured that the employees are well trained and know what they are doing. It sure puts my mind at ease.

Today I had trouble walking because of John. The soreness in my quads, inner thighs and glutes are exactly why I give him five stars. I used to be really fit but then life happened, so I do know a good trainer from a bad one. I needed a jump start to get my bottom back. I picked John to train me because hes not into false praise to inflate your ego, mindless counting of reps or workouts that he just pulled out of a fitness magazine. You will get trained to do solid form, challenged at your level and a refreshingly witty humor.
