Americlean Carpet & Duct Cleaning

I made and cancelled two appointments with Americlean, both times giving at least 2 to 3 days notice of the cancellation.

On the second occasion the Americlean representative showed up regardless of the cancellation as I was leaving the house. I explained that their must have been a mix up, and the rep called his supervisor to notify him. The Americlean supervisor asked to speak with me on the phone and proceeded to shout “you mother f***er, never call Americlean again”. Needless to say I will never bother calling this company again, and if asked will tell others of my experience with them.

Pros : None that I know of.

I made an appointment with Americlean after seeing an advertisement for a special on duct cleaning and carpet cleaning...I was VERY disappointed when the Americlean representative added necessary items to the bill and ended up quoting me $500!! It would have been nice to know the cost of all items up front. Keep in mind when getting your ducts cleaned by them, there is more $$$ involved than just simply $6 per vent!!! They also told me over the phone that the carpet would only cost me $5 to get cleaned since we were getting our ducts done, NOT TRUE!! It ended up cost $80 for one room. The good news is that they did a fabulous job on the carpets! However, I would not get my ducts cleaned by them again...they did not have professional equipment and had to ask for a chair to stand on to reach the vents, since they did not bring a ladder.

Pros : Carpet Cleaning was Excellent!

Cons : Underquoted over phone for pricing information. Duct cleaning was not done professionally.
