Do not call unless you want to be ripped off! We called them out to clear a sewer line and they sent a camera down there($200) and said the pipe was collapsed. They wanted $4000 to fix the pipe and said the city would not reimburse us for any of the cost. After they left I called the city and not only would they reimburse us for some of the cost but they sent a guy out to check the problem. It just needed to be rodded .Well, another plumber and $250 later the problem was solved.

Pros : We didn't pay them $4000

Cons : They either don't know what they are doing or they do and are taking advantage of people.

These guys quoted me a price on a simple drain rodding (235.00) after about 30 minutes of work they were done but they had to rod out the stacks?? Additional money was needed (435.00 was the total bill). I paid it foolishly. 2 weeks later the floor drain erupted with human waste so I called them back again. They showed up with a camers and showed me the roots in the line, obviously the first time they rodded it out they did not cut the roots. The amount of roots were very minor by the way. They said they could hydrospray them out for another 800.00?? I told them no thank you feeling like I was being taken advantage of. Upon leaving they insisted on being paid again for there services?? I couldnt believe they had the balls to ask for even more money after I had just taken the day off work and scrubbed the humane waste out of the basement floor. They actually pulled the van behind me trying to intimmidate me so I couldnt leave till I paid them. What ever you do STAY FAR AWAY from this company!!!

I got a coupon in the mail for Blanton Brothers. The coupon was for rodding - $65. The fine print said the visit would cost an additional $50. Odd, how can they do the rodding if they don't visit. When he arrived he said it will cost $165. Now let's see, $50 + $65 = $115, not $165. Oh well, I'm desperate. When he finishes, without my permission, he uses the water heater safety valve and discharge pipe to flush my floor drain. The problem is that after he did this it leaked all over my furnace room for more than a week before I noticed it.I called them to see what they would do about it and after they told me for 3 days they would call me back and never did, They refused to do anything. They are unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. Go somewhere else.

Pros : My drain was cleared.

Cons : They used my safety valve without my permission and it didn't work afterward and they refused to take responsibility. It took them 3 days of telling me they would call back and they never did, until I was finally refused any satisfaction. The coupon was for $65 rodding and it cost $165 and they said they didn't need the coupon (because it really didn't matter - scam).

These is a rip-off operation. High-pressure sales to do expensive repairs, like new sewer, then they do a horrible job and say they don't guarantee the entire repair. They show up on time the first time you call, but never again. We have had to have them out several times to "finish" the job, and you never get to talk or see the same person twice. Everytime you aregue with them, they say "well, if I was her, it would have been done differently....blah blah blah". Steer clear.... very, very clear from these scheisters.

Called for rodding tech said he could not make it through with cutter and recommended hydrojuet. hydrojet did not work and they still charged full $645 for hydrojetting. also said to resolve the problem they had to dig up the lawn to repair the problem area.

got second opinion and the other company was able to get the line clear. Blanton has had over 41 complaints to the BBB in the past 36 months. Not to mention the complaints to the Attorney General or the complaints against them filed in Wisconsin. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL RECOMMEND UNNECESSARY SERVICES AND RIP YOU OFF.

Very expensive service. I called them up for sewage rodding. They did came on time. They told me it is 260 to do the rodding. I didn't know the price, oked. First use the rodding machine, but they couldn't fix the problem. Now they said must use the hydro jet, expensive. What am I going to do, paid them 260 and have them go away? They did the hydrojet. From the time they came till they left, it's only one hour, they charged me $800. I called them up, Jim Ford, one of the manager said this is the price most folks charge. I called around, even to one of their competitor Jim said should be more expensive, they would charge only $450 for a similar job!

Pros : On time. Fix the problem

Cons : Very expensive.
