this prick is a fukin joke.. like the guy before me said he is a lazy freakin crook dont hire this clown. If i could get away wih it i'd put him out of buisness myself.

Worst example of a contractor I've ever seen. This guy Joseph Lazzo is a total fraud. He uses unskilled workers, had to use many of our tools, the roofing work was poor in quality, he clogged my chimney with wet cement/bricks, and worst of all, he does not even honor his warranty. This guy gives you excuse after excuse for not doing the job. We have tried to contact them in many ways and through many organizations, but they refuse to respond. Avoid him at ALL COST. You have been warned!
Pros : I actually fixed part of the roof that leaked
Cons : -The work was extremely more expensive than the original estimate.
-The workers showed up late and the work took over 3 weeks to complete.
-I have had problems with the work and the company wont honor their warranty.
