I just LOVE this small town Jeweler!
I went to Cottage Hill Diamonds looking for a gift and while I was shopping, Dave offered to clean and inspect my rings for free. After he cleaned them, he noticed that a prong was loose and they repaired it on the spot, while I waited! THAT is what Customer Service is all about. They remember my name, the staff is friendly and the quality of jewelry is exceptional.
If you are looking for a "rock bottom" deal, go to a big name store... You'll get "rock bottom" jewelry too.

Horrible place of business
Horrible customer service.Went to look at engagement rings with my boyfriend and when we asked Norman if they offer any kind of discount he said not here we have the best prices in Chicago we never discount anything !Well let me say "you don't have the best prices".You should actually shop around more and you would find better prices than you have at your store. Not much of a selection in store either.You can go pretty much any where in Chicagoland and other jewelers have diamonds on premises for you o look at.Would not recommend this store to our friends!

I just LOVE this small town Jeweler!
I went to Cottage Hill Diamonds looking for a gift and while I was shopping, Dave offered to clean and inspect my rings for free. After he cleaned them, he noticed that a prong was loose and they repaired it on the spot, while I waited! THAT is what Customer Service is all about. Great hometown jeweler. Best customer service.
Great shopping experience. Staff is very attentive. Cozy store - they can make or order anything you want. Great quality of jewelry - not the cheap chain store stuff.
