we went in earlier this morning around 10am. to purchase a brand new KIA forte. There was no customers there when we entered the dealership. no one greeted us when we walked in like other dealerships. we helped ourselves by looking around at other vehicles. a sells representative approached us was not kind enough to show us around. he asked which car we wanted, took us to his station, pulled out different paper work never bothered to talk about the details of the vehicle, the price or the features it had. he wasn't kind enough to present his name while working with us. We had gotten very frustrated due to the fact we never talked about the vehicle and he was writing all of my fathers information down, my father wasn't please at all. we wanted him to explain the details and the price for the forte but he kept refusing and walked away to talk to his manager. His manager came talked to us, didn't even bother to introduce himself after ten minutes later as Daniel. He was really rude to my father and as my father was speaking the manager told my father to shut up. He wanted to sell us the car 24,990. when MSRP is 17,490 and with the extra features we including would be 19,490. He was over pricing us and treating us like fools. we told the manager that 24,990 and that didn't include licence plate, tax ect. was too much for the price. He made a remark to us by asking us what we were smoking and that were not smart enough to buy a car. I never been into a work place or a dealership like this with rude representatives and treat their customers they way they treated us today. we asked to talk to the owner and someone replied from the back of the store and said am the owner get out. we approached him and told him if you were the owner you wouldn't have let this happen and talk to us yourself. i told him that i was going to corporate about this situation and he apologized due to the fact of probably losing his job. everyone was rude, instead of asking us nice to leave he told us to get the f*** out. i was not please at all today especially walking into a KIA dealership. i still want to purchase the Forte but it made me not want to go back to any KIA dealerships due to the fact that it was very poor customer service.

THIEFS AND SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY. PENDING POLICE INVESTIGATION !!!!
I have traded my Kia Rondo for a new Sportage. We made a deal, dealer told me that contract papers will arrive by mail in couple days. I never got any. One month later my bank calls me that I missed a payment on a traded Kia Rondo!? Same car I have traded in at the dealership for a new one. I went to a dealer to clear the situation. Guess what.... dealer denied that I have ever traded a car there !!! Now I am stuck with 2 car loans. I have notified the police about stolen car. I am waiting for an outcome. It just unbelievable what scammers these people are. STAY AWAY !!

I recently went to Evergreen Kia because I was interested in buying a new car because Kia had a great financing special. They were extremely unprofessional, had no idea what they were talking about. Steve Quirk was saying numbers and information that he had absolutely no idea about and were lies, which we knew more information than he did. Then, the manager came and tried to get us to buy a car that was already broken, but they ¨didn´t know¨ that there was damage to the car... another lie. Then, they ran my credit history to see if I qualified for the financing and refused to give me the paper that listed my credit score and social security number, which unfortunately, I didn´t know at the time was ILLEGAL. Now, I´m the victim of identity theft, which EVERGREEN KIA was the only place/person that I have given my social security number to. After I have been called from several credit card companies for charging thousands of dollars to ¨me,¨ I find out that EVERGREEN KIA ran my credit score TWO TIMES on TWO DAYS after I had already been at the dealership. The dealership -- manager and employee -- are now dealing with the proper authorities. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY. A MUST, UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH THE POLICE AND SOCIAL SECURITY.

Cons : They don´t sell cars and steal identities in order to make their money.
