I will not go there again...
The order was a beef tendon in thick rice noodle soup. The beef tendons were spoiled. We had to get the waitress' attention by walking up to the counter to tell her (after sitting for a good 5 minutes) that the food was spoiled. This is not a typical cafe in which they would take the food and let you exchange it for something else because they would apply an extra charge when you do.

Pros : The prices are relatively fair depending on the places you've been to with similar food offered.
Cons : It took the staff about 10 minutes to come and take the order.
Smokers crowd outside in the morning hours (between 8-10).
Loud talking inside the cafe. You can hear a conversation that are more than two tables away.
