master carpet dyers & cleaners

I sued Andy in small claims court 4 years ago and won a judgemt of $2727. Andy totally destroyed my carpet in 3 rooms and broke some of my furniture too. Andy came to court the first time but didn't come back and his family claims he left town. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and for years Master Carpet had a bad review. But, now the business is in some elses' name and the BBB does not report any complaints for Master Carpet. I am glad see the reviews. This let's me know that Andy is still in business even though he is pretending his brother has taken over the business. I can still go to the sherriff's office and have a supena put out for Andy.


Please file a complaint with the BBB against Master Carpet and take Andy and his brother to small claims court.
The statue of limitations is not up yet so I can take Andy back to court.

The owner Andy functions in a very unprofessional and undisciplined manner. He never shows up on time to do the job, and over a three week period he made numerous promises to come to do a dye job for my husband and I and he eventually showed up, but once he got paid in cash...he never returned. He said the dye would take darker after it dried, but it did not. He promised to return to do another application to make the caret darker, and that was a week ago. I have called him over 15 times in two days, and e made another promise, but stood us up again this morning. He is not good businessman, and definitely not a person of his word. Stay safe and choose another company. My nightmare has gone on for a month now, and I still have not gotten results so I will be writing the attorney generals office and the better business bureau.

Cons : Not a good dye job. Unprofessional person who is very dysfunctional. DON'T DO IT!!!!!
