Great salesman in Tony (TK). Worst service manager ever in Downers Grove location (Steve O). My trans failed shortly after warranty ran out. Shit happens. Steve did everything he could to blame me, and I had to ask him twice to ask Mitsubishi for help. They didnt offer any, which wasnt surprising, since he didnt think they should (he certainly wasnt my advocate). Then he was put off that I wanted them to diagnose the problem. Despite my appointment, they pretended to forget about me for an hour before I asked them why they werent working on my car yet. To get me out of his waiting room, he gave me an estimate for $2200 to fix the trans. He really is clueless mechanically, and a flaming asshole on his best day.
