We took our dog there for grooming. They cut her nails so short when she got into the car she was bleeding all over our clothes. When we took her back in there they started laughing at us telling us that it is sometimes normal for a dog to bleed from a nail trimming. My dog was bleeding all over the place. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT GO HERE!

The worst place in Chicago!! This place butchered my dog and then would not even refund my money or try and fix the problem. They did not shampoo him - instead they sprayed him with some freshener to cover up his smell and make it looked as though he was shampooed. His ears, eyes, and face were still dirty. My dog had feces still in and around his butt. They never cleaned him.
