LOVE QUALITY OPTICAL
I have been going to Quality Optical for over 19 years. The service there is excellent and they are professional. The owner (Tedd) has a lot of experience and is very helpful, making sure that he provides you with the best service. Every employee there is very helpful. I have to say that I will always be their customer. I truly recommend Quality Optical to everyone.

No Customer Service
My experience at Quality Optical was pathetic.
The customer service was lacking profusely and the owner added insult to injury when he charged my insurance company for glasses that I never ordered.
Which consequently, took days to get resolved.
I would never recommend this Optical to anyone.

No Customer Service
My experience at Quality Optical was pathetic. The customer service was lacking profusely and the owner added insult to injury when he charged my insurance company for glasses that I never ordered. Which consequently, took days to get resolved. I would never recommend this Optical to anyone.

I love everything about Quality Optical
I've been going to this place for five years now, and I absolutely love it. First off, it just has a good vibe. The owner is very personable without being at all overbearing; he's had this shop for years and he run s it well. I've seen the same employees there the whole time I've been a customer, so it must be a good place to work. Everyone I've encountered there has been professional and helpful. My calls for appointments are always answered promptly, and they have convenient hours no matter what your schedule. Pricing is very reasonable. This isn't the cheapest place in town, but you certainly won't feel overcharged. Optometrists are friendly and knowledgeable. At my last visit, when I asked how the doctor could tell my glasses prescription by looking at them through a microscope he explained it and had me look for myself. I was able to bring my baby daughter into the exam room...a potentially jerky move on my part that the shop handled very nicely. And their frame selection is to absolutely die for. I salivate every time I go into the shop. There's a good reason why this place has been in business since 1920!
