I don't think you actually need an appointment for this place. But they ask you anyways.
I'm not very comfortable being at a salon and so when I saw the familiar barber pole out front, I smiled a bit.
Unfortunately, I told the guy who did my hair that I just wanted a hair cut. Maybe they consider themselves artistes. I don't know.
But he wasn't engaging. He just went about buzzing my head after I gave him the numbers my old fabulous lesbian barber in Lemon Grove had given to me. But she got bought out.
The haircut wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst I'd ever had (my own bad luck, probably). I don't think I'll go there again, but then again, there aren't many barber shops in this city.

Great staff and wonderful cuts!
