Very hard sell in the showroom, like a used car dealer. They like to tout their service, but I've been waiting over a month for a repair to a bed that was delivered damaged. Once they have your $$ they become much less interested in you.
Pros : The furniture that isn't damaged looks nice.
Cons : Completely unresponsive after the sale.
