Asked for a copy of my prescription & they left off the pupillary distance measurements...when I specifically asked for this measurement, I was informed that they didn't have to provide that information. When I stated that it was my understanding under Federal Law that they needed to provide this, they finally gave me the measurement but not without further discussion...I didn't think I'd have to beg them for what was legally mine.

Pros : Generally a friendly staff but this last experience will make me go elsewhere

Cons : Didn't hand over my complete prescription when asked (had to go back two times to get all the measurements....)

Price Range : $300 - $500

Recommended : No
