Rotisserie Affair is a full service, very high quality catering company that specializes in on site cooking. They bring large rotisserie pits that cook the food using blasts of super heated air so there is no grease or fat.

Pros : on site cooking means the food is fresher than any other caterer

Cons : once you use Rotisserie Affair, you will never be satisfied with any other caterer.
