very bad customer service and i really mean bad if you want to talk with robert,remi will pretend to be him or joe will pretend to be robert and tell you he will call you back big waste of time and very stressfull envyroment,low lifes to the max.
Pros : crhysler will get help from gov to keep crooks like these on bussiness,hoooray,right?
Cons : liars,cowards=baaaad costumer experience.
