VERY POOR SERVICE FOR TAX PAYING CUSTOMERS. TRYING TO CHECK ON A PACKAGE THAT HAS BEEN AT FOREST PARK, IL SINCE 1/17. PONY EXPRESS COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT HERE SOONER. NO WAY TO CONTACT A CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON TO EVEN GET HELP HERE AND AT FIREST PARK GOVERNMENT JOBS NEED TO BE LOOKED AT ALSO WITH ALL OF THE UNEMPLOYMENT THAT IS GOING ON. RIDICULOUS. sHOULD BE MORE AWARE OF KEEPING THE JOBS.
