Unclean and Unprofessional!!!

I've only been once and will NEVER go back. I went for a massage and a bikini wax about a year ago. While I was waiting for my massage, the business owner, Erin Allen, and the receptionist were engaging in a conversation in which Erin frequently used the F word and other profanity, right in front of me. The massage was wonderful, and the bikini wax itself (done by the owner, Erin) was ok. But the room wasn't clean. It looked like she hadn't wiped down the chair from the last few people that had been there. Gross! I had to put a towel down myself. A few months ago, I thought I'd give them another chance since I live nearby. I tried to call for an appointment, but each time I couldn't get hold of a live person to schedule my appointment, so I left a message on voicemail for my call to be returned. One week later and I still hadn't received a call back. Everytime I called, I got voicemail again. When I e-mailed the owner to let her know that I never received a call back & couldn't get through, her reply was unapologetic: Thank you for your complaint over something so minor. As a business owner things get very busy and hectic with all of the phone calls not being called back. If you feel that a simple non call back is going to make you that upset than I can give you many other business that Im sure would love your business - Erin Allen, Owner Bottom line: Urban Skincare is unclean and unprofessional. They just don't appreciate your business. I'll go elsewhere from now on!
